VISCOUS animation bug

When you try to lvl up (by using tab+4) your ultimate while you`re using it - happends an animation problem - u have an arrow above your had and goo ball animation on hero. Sorry, dont have any screenshots

this happens after using your ulti at any time for me. the arrow stays above my head and the little goo trails keep trailing from them
