Not a bug, the dot just doesn't end before the cooldown resets. Yes it' supposed to work on dots.

reverb wasnt supposed to work on it and it got patched out a while ago (unless its back?!)
no procs are supposed to work on affliction, otherwise it would just be the ultimate debuff machine

this has always been the case despite what every ivy i see putting it on kudzu thinks. it reflects the first instance of damage the infused ability does, so if it does dot it wont repeat the whole thing

the logic for putting it on DOTs isn't for damage, its for the slow, same as geist putting it on malice

that doesnt seem very cost effective given that it only applies to one person and its a tier 4 item but what do i know

depends, on affliction you would get like 5 procs, of 40(?)% slow which is kinda crazy, late game mobility = survival so any long and effective slow is crazy strong.
