Vindicta's ultimate sniper is incorrectly scaled. The ultimate sensitivity is calculated using the Zoom Sensitivity Ratio, but applies an additional sensitivity reduction (~10-20%) on top.
Even setting the Zoom Sensitivty Ratio to 3.0 (which should result in hipfire sensitivity being equal to zoom sensitivity) results in the sniper sensitivity being lower than expected.
Scaling for the sniper sensitivity is consistently lower than expect 100% regardless of sensitivity settings.
This creates inconsistent sensitivity muscle memory between normal weapon zooms and Vindicita's ultimate
