She feels lost right now. Gun stats aren't good enough to play as a gun hero, but the changes to crow and stake have gutted her toolkit. Snipe is strong early to mid game but once everyone has a decent amount of spirit res late game it falls off. Flight is completely meh as you just become a nice target in the sky and is also the only escape tool she has.
Personally I think a good start would be to buff her base bullet velocity, mag size and give her another stamina bar.
