Vindicta Assassination Thoughts

Hello any player or dev who reads this post!

Disclaimer: I have been consistently hovering between high phantom/low ascendant for the duration of my playtime.

I have been playing this beautiful game for nearly two years now, and I have been a Vindicta one trick for almost the entirety of my lifespan. I branched out some months ago due to my disappointment with how Vin felt regarding her late-game falloff, but the recent changes to her snipe giving the stacking weapon dam instead of souls have felt pretty great!

HOWEVER

I have consistently wished for one thing, a build idea that has been floating in my thoughts for a while but can't bring myself to consistently try; Snipe Nuke. Just imagine, Mystic Reverb, Tankbuster, Spirit Burn, etc., an absolute cannon for a snipe.

The largest limiting factor for this not feeling viable is the fact that snipe doesn't give bonuses unless you get the killing blow. This feels bad for a few reasons, but the main reasoning is because the other stacking characters don't get punished for mistiming their abilities. Drifter, Mo, and Calico all get their stacks for either participating or hitting their ability just before their target dies. The amount of times that you snipe someone and they're left at 5 HP is sadly much too often.

Maybe stacks building from assists/just before death would be a bit too much, but I think balancing-wise adding it on as a Level 3 upgrade to it would be nice. But these are just thoughts I've had and want to voice, so who knows!
