Not sure if anything like this has been posted before, but I feel like it is a unique enough idea that some of you may find fun, so I have decided to share it.
I am a relatively new player, and, while I didn't go out of my way to read the lore, I find the character designs, aesthetics and concepts really refreshing and cool. Deadlock has some of my favourite ideas presented it in, so I have decided to try and make my own idea for a character that may be present in the game.
So I thought of Lucky Charm.
Idk what their name would be, but I feel like this (or maybe Сlover? a bit too on the nose, tbh) is a fitting nickname. In my mind, this character is basically a cowardly loser-nobody blessed by a Deity of Fortune that put a bet on a random human to win (or not die idk) in the ritual.
They basically got DRAGGED right into the ritual. They are not aware of the powers that the Deity has landed upon them, nor are they aware of what guards them: while it seems like everybody else may have a vague idea of what is happening to them, they are stuck in constant confusion (or maybe just in denial).
Just like the name suggests, they're straight up lucky, and everything in their kit will reflect that. I am not a game designer, I am more of a lore person, so idk what abilities they would have, but I feel like all of their animations would make them look cowardly, confused, awkward, and making it seem like every piece of random bullshit that they pull off is done by sheer accident and luck. When they dash they stumble and trip, when they slide they straight up slip on a comically spawning banana peel that acts like a mini roller scate, when they roll they dive for an object that fell from their hands.
So, yeah, I feel like it's a really fun idea that would be on brand with the whole deadlock aesthetic
