Vigor Charge

Having a vitality item that interacts with a dash jump, It Just Makes Sense™. However the barrier amount somehow feels a bit insignificant and must buy first item in lane at the same time.

Since you need two stamina for a dash jump, and each stamina takes 4.4s (5s - 12% from extra stamina) to recover, this would give 11.4barrier/s, which for a T2 item is quite a lot.
  • Spirit Shielding (T2) gives 325barrier/35s = 9.3barrier/s
  • Guardian Ward (T2) gives 200barrier/40s = 5barrier/s (this item is so bad wtf)
  • Majestic Leap (T3) gives 350barrier/28s = 12.5barrier/s
  • Divine Barrier (T4) gives 600barrier/40s = 15barrier/s
Which would actually make this item fairly reasonably balanced? Never mind then.

How ever I feel like this item would fall off hard, so maybe having it scale with boons would be better.

Something like 75 + 5 * boons (for a maximum of 235 at 32 boons, which is 8.6barrier/s at zero boons), and instead of giving resists, it could give +2m/s move speed.
 
I like the idea that we have something other than Stamina Mastery to upgrade into for a Vitality based Stamina Item (a corollary to Arcane Surge and Kinetic Dash, if you will).

I would absolutely LOVE if something like this was implemented, and then another T4 item was added that combined all 3 items into some ridiculous stamina happy item that makes it so that you get any of the effects WHENEVER you consume stamina and/or it has a CD to work kind of like how they used to before the Shop rework (a.k.a. when they triggered you didn't actually consume the extra stamina).
