A character who prides themself on how fast they can run. They can use electrical energy to teleport to different locations in an area and create an electrical fence that electrifies and weakens enemies.
They have a distinct shoulder pad with an electrical orb inside of it that they use to should strike/rush/leap at characters.
Their passive is that their gun buids up static electricity for every 5 bullets they land, and they can then discharge the stored energy into their shoulder charge.
They come from an orphanage and hand selected by the patron to be the next ArchMother/HiddenKing.
