Video settings not saving.

After a recent update, my game starts in a 720p window and I have to go into the settings every time to fullscreen it. I'm unsure what could be causing this as it happened out of the blue one day.

Tried a full reinstall and same issue. Any thoughts or places to check are welcome.

Update: reinstalled graphics drivers.... Fixed!
