Mystic Reverb's passive not working for any player in the match, despite working in the Sandbox. Attached videos demonstrate lack of effect. Attached screenshots show 0 Mystic Reverb damage on the graphs. It's possible I tested the sandbox right after a mini patch hit, so idk if it was fixed then.
