Victor's Shocking Reanimation Doesn't Refresh Shiv's Killing Blow

If Shiv kills Victor with his ult, but Victor revives, then Killing Blow goes on cooldown despite dealing full damage and "killing" the enemy for a short time. While this could be intended behavior, the Rejuvenator refreshes Killing Blow despite enemies also being revived shortly after.

A fun note: The only other "On Kill" conditions I've tested that don't trigger from Shocking Reanimation are Trophy Collector and Mina's Rake (realized while recording, will make a separate bug report). I think this has been the case since I made the original post, but I only realized after making it and didn't bother adding a reply until now. Videos attached.
