Victor's Shocking Reanimation Doesn't Heal Mina on Rake "Kill"

This is despite other "On Kill" effects (Vindicta's Assassinate souls, Bebop Sticky Bomb stacks, etc.) working properly, or at least, triggering with Victor's ult. Video attached.

It doesn't refresh Shiv ult on "kill" and it doesn't even count as kill so i think this is intended

I think they’re gonna fix it, because if that were the case, the kill score should’ve increased.
