Victor's Aura does not get cancelled by Ethereal Shift

Ethereal shift is supposed to cancel any active abilities, and it does work for cancelling billy's ultimate and viscous ultimate. But, it does not cancel victor's 3, which is part of the reason why he is overtuned in the current meta.

Yes, it is a bug. Description says that activation cancels any active ability, and victor's aura should count as an active ability the same way that viscous and billy ults do.
