Victor can maintain Aura of Suffering while using the active of Ethereal Shift.

Victor is capable of maintaining his 3 while in Ethereal Shift.
It does not damage him but continues to do ramping damage to nearby enemies.

This isn't a bug.

It works exactly the same with with other things like Torment Pulse and Warden Ult.
