Venator's Shotgun does not stun when you launch them in the wall when shot at an angle, such that they hit the wall in the air, from the ground.

And FYI:
I tried from the ground, and it defo stuns. It only stuns at wall if they are absolutely hugging the wall. Likely a state mistake (displacement vs in air displacement). They could add bebop displacement lockout thing similar to the uppercut.
I know it does, because a heavy punch, into 2 should stun them. I also repeated on the wall behind, and it's still the same.
