By holding strafe key, or generally any movement key, you're able to hover yourself on this part of the map.

This isn't relatively useful (for Wraith at least), but I did not go into experimenting with this spot's positioning, only works on left side (facing north).

That's surfing, it's always been a thing with the source engine. A lot of slopes you're not supposed to stand on forcibly make you slip down, but there's a few like the one you posted that can be surfed. I can't remember or find which ones still do that.

Yeh I am aware of what it is, didn't word it properly, but I thought to still show the devs that it's a possible trick to be used by few characters on long range, and majority to ambush someone. ^^;
