I don't have a full concept for a hero, but I started thinking about this and can't stop thinking how fun it would be for Deadlock. Tiny's ultimate in Dota 2, Grow, is a passive that cycles him through larger and larger models while giving him massive buffs to certain stats and reductions to others. Tiny's ultimate was always one of my favorites in Dota, and it would be super interesting to see something similar in Deadlock, especially with how many builds for many heroes won't prioritize their ultimate's upgrades. Would be interesting to see it in a kit where you could focus on it or delay its upgrade in favor of strengthening the hero's core abilities.
The other reason I have a hard time gluing the idea to a single hero concept is because I feel there are many different thematic fits for the idea within Deadlock's style. I saw someone post on the reddit about this idea tied to a godzilla-esque creature, starting as a weird radioactive quadrupedal lizard and leveling up into its adult, mutated forms. Could put it on a ghost character that literally amasses souls within itself. Another scrap golem like bebop that grafts more and more scrap onto itself or something. So many options.
I bet there's a good chance someone has submitted a full concept with an ultimate like this? Can't find it though. If there is, feel free to link me - but let this thread be a +1 for the general idea. What kind of hero could you see with this ultimate?
