Using moves such as "Lethal Venom"/ 2 on vyper disables firing you're weapon if you're using quick cast even after you're finished casting the ability. Instant cast does not have this issue, I understand there may be a state issue at play here being the casting state doesn't allow for shooting. However after you've finished casting, the game should check if you're still holding mouse 1 and it should then continue your firing.
