There is a cooldown issue with Rem's tag along and Prism Blast. I don't think the cooldowns are meant to be shared either since you can tag along before you Prism Blast. But if you Prism Blast, you can't use Tag Along anymore (the cooldown for it resets). (This got me killed 3 times in matchid: 52843566)
