Using Phantom Strike on enemy near wall gets Mo & Krill stuck

Match ID 1617043 Right around 38 minute mark in game.

Mo & Krill Phantom Strikes into Grey Talon near a wall in the middle of Orange Lane. Unstick command wasn't working, couldn't do anything to get out. Had to wait for an enemy to Phantom Strike to get out.

It seems possible that this is similar to Phantom Strike geometry bug, but the player gets clipped into an object with space to move.

It seems that the bug happens when the enemy comes around the corner, at the moment when you are already flying towards him after using the item. If a person does this at the initial stage, then the ability is interrupted and you crash into a wall. Apparently there was an error somewhere in the middle of using the ability.

p.s. If anything, you can get out by re-using the item
