Using Fathom's 3rd ability on a bridge has a chance to put you inside the model

Using his 3rd ability on the bridge put me inside the bridge and none of the commands helped. After like 2 minutes I got move out of it.

Yeah, I have tried the hero in sandbox mode and I have found out that if you grapple and then use the second ability towards one of the sides the hero gets clipped in it.
