Using Etherial shift as Victor leads to him still dealing damage around him without him losing hp

Probably intended; just walk away bro. He literally can barely move.

Same interaction with torment pulse, and warden ult.
Ethereal shift starts cooldown right as it is activated, so he can use it every 10 seconds or so. With warden etc it should also be fixed. This tomfoolery allows the character spawncamp with the turrets not doing anything.

So doesn't it seem like this is intended? This isn't a bug with Victor+Ethereal Shift because it works the same way with other heroes?
 
it's not fun to play against. You can say run away but I play Kelvin and can't escape one he presses ethereal shift, with his aura of pain. He can feed all game and once he gets this, he becomes not targetable and heal which make super unfair fights. He can shift but should not deal damage and not lose HP. Has made many of my recent games unfun...

dont let him scale end the game early

if its a gameplay feedback do not use bug report use the proper channel for it please
