Urn is favored for one team but remains neutral

Here is the match ID. I believe it happened starting with the urn at 25 minutes. It was favored for my team, and yet it would not be on our side.

When the urn is picked up it is locked into the delivery spot. If it's not delivered and then picked up again it does not change delivery spot regardless if it's in favor of any team.
