Unwarranted matchmaking penalty + ban

Today my service provider had an internet outage that cut me out of a match. I have ~200 hours, and in that time, this is only the 2nd match I've left that didn't have the 'no penalty for leaving' message (first was maybe 150 hours in for an emergency, so it's been a bit). This match gave me a 1 day ban + low priority queueing. It's only one match I have to win to get out thankfully, but this feels a bit extreme ?

i lost connection too and i was banned for a few hours. hours of my day off too.
