My understanding is that at any shop you can buy items with unsecured souls when secured souls + unsecured souls >= item cost.
2200 secured souls + 1000 unsecured souls = 3200. Then I can buy 3200 item cards.
I've never been able to buy items like this. Shops only let me purchase items when secured souls >= item cost.
Is this supposed to happen?
