Unable to see any commends from players after a match.

While perhaps I'm really that unpopular that no one commends me at all, I have a feeling that's not fully the case here.

Since the latest major patch, I haven't seen any pop ups regarding commends from other players after a match in any game mode.

I know the commend notification still exists, I've clicked on commend for others and I've seen it pop up on the occasion from streamers when they get commended by someone in a party, but it's not displaying for me.
