Unable to pull up buy menu when loading into match/during hidden king/archmother intro

Pressing the buy menu key shows some sort of visual feedback to indicate it was pressed, but it doesn't actually pull up. Would be extremely helpful to allow this to display during the long load-in times that sometimes is experienced. And also being able to look through during the patron intro would be nice

Still a thing in the current version (#6,220).
The inability to see and set-up the buy-orders before being put on the hyper / ziplines is an enormous efficiency reduction to us who like using the "Quick Buy"-function.

Not to also mention all the pre-game/match voice-lines are now disabled due to the current loading screen plus the Patron-intro-sequence.
