Unable to post screenshots on Steam, seems to still be locked for some reason

This message pops up whenever I try to upload a screenshot so I can show it on my profile. I believe this is a mistake since the no sharing gentlemen's agreement is no longer in effect.

May be because the game is now listed on Steam since it is marked as unreleased which may block screenshots from being able to be publicly posted. You can still set them to private and post them if you wanted to upload them for your own use however (I believe)
