Unable to leave Without Penalty after DC

Just had a game and before it even loaded into the match, someone disconnected. However it did not allow anyone (the team with the leaver and the team without) to leave without it counting as a loss.

MATCH ID: 54906449. Very annoying bug literally had a guy go 1-12 running it down, he leaves then I do but i get an abandon match? Like please fix this. This has happened twice to me now and i have to wait 5 hours! Already have my review ready now lmao!
