Unable to get games in my rank, even across multiple accounts

Skill rating pictured below. The em4 account only gets arcanist games, and the other accounts only get seeker and below, with the exception of the one game on viscious which was arcanist.

if it was that i should get a few games at or above my rank but its ALL below which makes me think something is wrong
