Just experienced a bug where I could not cast abilities, exit the pause menu using the escape key, or type in all chat. Functionally my number keys, escape, and shift did not work, however I could still dash. The game was acknowledging my inputs, but instead of casting, it thought I shouldn't be able to for some reason and played the unable-to-cast audio cue. I could perform all other gameplay functions normally, as well as cast my 2 ability (I believe it's because it was a confirm cast ability, I was playing as Seven.) I was still able to type in team chat, I only could not access all chat with shift. I tried tabbing out and reconnecting to the match, neither worked. The match ended shortly after the bug began, after the match the problem ended. I think the bug started after I typed in team chat after dying. Never experienced something like this before the latest patch.

Side note: the video shows rapid recharge not displaying my extra charges correctly but I don't think it's related, on reloading the match playback it was correct again, and I also couldn't cast my 3.
