Unable to Buy Vortex Web

Hello,

I have been unable to purchase Vortex Web for the past few days and I am unsure why. I have the souls and the slot, and it is highlighted as available, but when I click, it only makes the "unable" sound.

I am able to purchase it in the Hideout, just not in game.
