I'd love to see something very strange like Cho'gall from HOTS. One player controls the body/movement while the other was a caster/turret that did have some ways to nudge and move the body, but was mostly like a co-pilot/gunner.
The Brawn: chunky hp pool, some hard hitting melee attacks, and definitely some sort of mobility like a leap, weak/close range gun.
The Brains: A mid-range gun, some sort of mild CC (not a hard stun), and a charge based nudge to help the body juke incoming skill-shots.
Advantages in playing this hero:

Advantages in playing this hero:
- Tanky character with some solid disruption
- The Brains having more time to dedicate to map awareness/shot calling
- The Brains can effectively look at shoot backwards at enemies chasing them while The Brawn focuses on movement.
- Just a bigger body/profile than everyone else, easier to shoot but scary attention magnet
- Less flexible map presence, they can't split up.
- High priority target worth a lot of souls, and once they're dead you're down two players.
- Figuring out when to buy is harder since they have to go together and time their spikes
- Collab comms could be annoying to other players
