Turtles Endurance - T2 Vitality Item 1.2k

Hi I came up with another Item. I thought it would be useful for escaping and for tanking or even just getting ganked. Not sure how actually viable it would be since people turn around a lot but it could help characters like M&K and Abhrams when they are going in. I think the stats could be adjusted however I'm worried that you could become too tanky if you had the other armors on. Any feedback would be appreciated

I think this would be a trap item. That is, it encourages you to play worse.
