This item makes Dynamo overpowered because he can make 50m Ability 1 and incredible damage. On other characters like Doorman for example the item doesn't do anything regarding to range upgrades. I think its bugged.
BTW: Dynamo is completely broken right now with Trophy Collector. Range from Ability 1 (50m+), Damage, Double Ultimate (with item and crazy range) and unkillable because his lifereg is stronger than anything in the game like bebop ult.... completely busted character from mid game.
