In game i had 16 stacks on my trophy collector and healing nova, this should come out to a 22% increase in ability range, however i only got the 6% bonus from healing nova.
Singularity on Dynamo with the T2 upgrade is 9m radius as a default, and it was supposed to be just shy of 11m radius, instead it was only 9.5 meters, this is equivalent to a 6% increase.
I was able to re-create this in the training tool.
