The passive for Escalating Exposure has a 0.7s cooldown, regardless of if the player has Transcendent Cooldown or not. A single use of Abrams's Siphon Life (with EE and TC) will apply 6 stacks of exposure, when it would apply 9 if the cooldown was reduced.
Also ethereal shift does not last longer with superior duration ): (the buff is longer, but not the shift itself)
These might be intended interactions, but they don't feel intended and I don't see anything written anywhere that would suggest the items work like this.
