Tortoise and the Hare (harder neutral creeps)

A pitch for a new unique T3 neutral creep camp, aimed at making farming a little more interactive (or at the very least amusing).

Gameplay
You chip down a slow, tanky enemy while fending off continuous harassment from their quick, evasive partner. This interaction is mixed up with their combo move: they'll use portals to "charge up" a massive attack by putting the tank into an infinite fall loop before shooting them at you with another portal. During the charging phase the evasive enemy is the only one you fight, but they will be completely focused on dodging you and waiting for their partner to reach terminal velocity.

Fighting the duo involves balancing both threats during a regular brawl while preventing them from setting up a devastating portal missile (or, if you fail to stop the setup, try to either dodge the attack or kill the fast one as fast as you can before he can use it). Prevention would involve knocking the slow enemy away from their unactivated portal, stunning either enemy when they try to place a portal, etc (destroying portals could potentially be an option, although that might make the combo buildup too easy to stop).

If the quick one dies during the charging phase, their portal disappears and the tank slams into the ground for half their health. They can die from the impact. If either enemy dies, the other just keeps fighting alone.

Fluff and Character
You're fighting the tortoise and the hare as a tag team duo, except the hare is a jackrabbit and the tortoise is a miniature continent tortoise (big land tortoise, like torterra from detective pikachu) with a big snowy peak on his back that acts like a giant spike. Tortoise is about the size of a giant galapagos tortoise. The jackrabbit bucks you if you get close and pelts you with magic stones while the tortoise has fey magic runes on his head that blast you for big damage when he headbutts you. They throw bags of spores to create mushroom circles that make the portals for the combo, using either their front paws or their mouth.

They wear a bunch of fey magic trinkets/maybe scant clothing and their teamwork implies near-human intelligence, but they only make their squeaky little animal noises so you can't really tell if they're saying anything at all.
