34916506 you can watch the match using this ID. And can you explain why the grey talon has such stats? 99% rate of fire? is this some kind of bug or what?

damn, bro was rich.

That being said, i dont think you understand Rate of fire. Ive had 124% on calico before.

Talon has 4 (i think) here that give rate of fire. Spirit overflow, Glass cannon, Frenzy, and Shadow weave. Hitting 99% fire rate doesnt seem that far off too me with those items.

If it's not too much trouble, can you explain to me in more detail how he achieved such a rate of fire and other stats?
My friends and I can't understand how this is?

and yes, I apologize for my English, I am writing with the help of a translator😀

You are fine.

I have never actually dived into fire rate personally, so based on just basic observation from messing around with builds.

So Frenzy and Spiritual Overflow both have a conditional fire rate of 40% each (IIRC). Added thats already 80% bonus fire rate.

Then the characters base fire rate, lets say 3 shots per second, is modified by this bonus fire rate. For easy math lets round it to 100%. That would simply double how fast your character shoots, or in this example 6 shots per second.

Again, this is based on very basic observations that I noticed while messing around with builds. I also believe that Fire rate has diminishing returns. So when you add the fire rate from other items, like shadow weaves conditional ambush fire rate, you dont get the full amount. This is why those items together end up 99%.

I actually just checked. The total amount would be 110% with no diminishing returns. So there is in fact some amount of DR.

Fire rate does not have diminishing returns. Also, dynamic fire rate bonuses such as Spiritual overflow or shadow weave dont actually change the stats visually on the UI, with the only exception being the left part on the UI (left part when not in the shop).

My guess is that the 99% fire rate is just a UI bug, and Grey talon had less fire rate when Shadow weave and Overflow were not active, but more than 99% when active

i didnt think it did but based on this without being able to look into it more I could only make assumption it was.

Otherwise, I would agree. Additively it should be 110% (unless I missed some fire rate in those items).

Maybe its the UI trying to average it out and guesstimate? Causing what appears to be a UI bug?
