Time Wall blocks Stalker's Mark projectile, but still hits a target

Paradox places Time Wall, an enemy Drifter looks at Paradox through the Time Wall. From there Drifter casts Stalker's Mark. The Stalker's Mark animation is blocked by the Time Wall, however the Paradox is still hit by Stalker's Mark
