Themed reticle dot disappearing for 6 Heroes + Vyper

I've seen other people posting about this problem, but I was testing it out some and wanted to give the fullest explanation possible for it. I personally like using the themed reticles for the characters that have it, but only with the dot reticle, rather than the additional outer line as well.

Having the themed reticle setting turned on with Vyper and the previous 6 heroes (mina, billy etc) will render the dot reticle completely invisible. The outer line of the themed reticle works properly if given opacity, but players who don't have the line visible will see no crosshair. Flipping the themed reticle setting off and then on again will bring the themed dot reticle back. Switching between the 7 characters who are having this problem after doing this fix will, interestingly, have their dot reticle showing again, but switching to any other character, including Graves and Silver, will cause the dot reticle to disappear again for these 7 when switching back to them. The themed reticle option also has to be flipped on and off between loading into matches. Every other character's reticle works properly, regardless of whether themed reticles are turned on or off.

I just got out of a match playing Vyper and first had the reticule disappear completely (as I have had other heroes with normal reticules disappear altogether previously). This was a brawl match
Then it reappeared next round (same match) as a regular tiny dot (which is not super helpful with Vyper's spread.
I have experienced straight up disappearing reticules on several heroes.
Vyper, Infernus, Vendicta, Paige, and I think even Paradox's. 2 of those listed have special ones, but they didn't just swap to regular reticules, they disappeared altogether. Vyper is the only one for me that seems to go between invisible altogether, and a mini dot instead of her specail reticule.

Either way, theres a major reticule issue, and at least while in match its difficult to troubleshoot it. It randomly comes back for me from time to time after a death or a new round starts in Brawl, but not always.
Rather annoying.
