A cheetah with a gun with autoaim, aimbot and wallhacks senses:

melee - ban hammer has a passive effect to put a stack to reduce model size for a given duration and can cast on self somehow
this hero would be incredibly weak and deal very small damage and probably have no movement tool besides auto bhopping

honestly i was thinking of some kind of toon character that can turn other people into toon characters in their aura or something and they recieve pure damage from all sources.
would be like a different kind of curse. - maybe affects bullet velocity and turns everything toon
especially with all those toon skin mods.
maybe its an item like shrink ray. toon world.

an unknown future hero that gained immense power after the conclusion of the battle of dota, understood the different realities and multi-verses, and traveled to the universe of deadlock.
says dota terms when buying items or unit speech like:
Using Unstoppable, he says "Black king bar"
or regeneration rune quotes when picking up the health powerup.
arrives in deadlock wearing all the dota item gear

an ability that gains the passives of all the items he wields and can activate or alt-cast abilities from that ability to use/trigger items.
alt-cast - glimmer cape, dispel, heal, stamina refresh
cast - orchid, medalion, halberd, eblade, shivas, veil of discord
passives: desolator (armor pen.), a.c. aura, octarine core, mkb, divine rapier, armlet
