The unicode character U+21BB freezes the game

The unicode character:
U+21BB : CLOCKWISE OPEN CIRCLE ARROW ↻
freezes the game (happens to be capslock + ` on neoqwertz so it`s kinda annoying).
I am using Manjaro Linux with the newest proton build (no fancy configs or anything like that).

Seems to be happening with Capslock+H aswell.
