A Grim Reaper turned a Shop Keeper aka the Shop Reaper.
His work as a reaper of souls was sidetracked by his love for hold.
Visuals: Tall, slender skeleton with parts of bones dripped in gold. His eyesockets are empty, but he makes a comment how he used to try to wear gemstones in his eyesockets, but that was making him blind. His body language is very controlled but flamboyant, quite unnatural in its precision. He walks with his back extremely straight and his hands typical are together in front of him forming a pyramid. When he is dead, instead of a ghost in his stead you'd see an extremely opulent coffin. The only thing he wears is what is reminiscent of an extremely flowy open kimono/robe with a hood which isn't up and is barely recognisable as a hood. The fabric is noticably, again, very opulent. I'd imagine he's wearing a lot of jewellery which may move unpredictably on his skeletal limbs. No shoes, he's wearing rings on his toes as well. I think his voice should be youthful to a degree, showing he's perished young in life, but the way he articulates shows he's been undead for long and has experienced a lot. He doesn't seem to concern himself with others much at all and sees everyone as possessions, including his allies.
All his attacks would both include themes of dying and opulence, e.g. a golden coffin being dropped onto enemies or better yet: a golden coffin opening and crushing enemies with gems and other riches hidden inside.
His weapon attack could be him throwing golden doublons at enemies and his melee hitting enemies with a very opulent chalice, maybe followed by him taking a quick sip upon a successful hit, or if he misses (whichever would make more sense animation-length wise).
One of his abilities should be something which pushes enemies away from him with voiceline reminiscing how others are unworthy of being in his presence due to them being too poor.
I think he could make comments towards the Doorman on how finally someone who knows how to behave around him.
He could also mock Pocket for failing so bad he couldn't even inherit a family fortune.
Maybe he could have an ability which leads to his allies getting more souls or cheaper item prices in the shop? Alluding to his ability to make good contracts for selling and buying. Or maybe he could give a part of the souls he earns to his allies, or helping them generate the souls quicker, telling them he's teaching them about economics or whatnot.
One of his abilities should most likely be a giant hand which would allude to the 'invisible hand' of economics. It could come from the ground and bring enemies down. It could be especially efficient against flying enemies, maybe stunning them with the stun duration depending on how high up someone was - this way he could be a natural counter to flying enemies.
I think he should be generally a playful character but obviously uncaring, amusing himself with others. He sees himself as fully above everyone else, mocking most as ruffians. He may be fond of very abnormal characters such as Viscous, who catch his eye. After all, every good shop keeper will seek out unique, good deals, which are more worthy than the average.
Optional: He seems completely disinterested in non-male characters, alluding to his preference for men.
He is very fond of cats. If he sees Calico, he completely ignores her and just speaks to the cat.
Not fond of dogs at all, calls them wretched, and anyone related to them as well (high disdain for Silver).
Idea: he could have his ribcage adornes with things hanging on his ribs, which move as he moves.
He could have something inside of the ribcage which grows or glows stronger the more souls he has.
To improve visual clarity of his hitbox, he could have an ever so slight shade of a human silhouette around the bones which would be purple, as purple is known as a colour representing wealth.
