This is more of an idea to test alternate features on Heroes on the whole, but the idea behind the Scrap Yard (or call it the Bear Pit, that could be fun) is imagine a Bi-Weekly rotator with featured heroes to test mostly major reworks. One update perhaps Lash's Ground Strike does Melee Damage in Scrap Yard, or maybe Abrams Shoulder Charge scales with Vitality. Another week it could be that Haze's knife scales with Melee, and so on.
Playing in The Scrap Yard could earn you Merits, which could perhaps build up toward a Priority Token in Deadlock or Street Brawl, so there is some incentive to try these changes.
