The game stutters like crazy

I have a nvidia rtx 2070 super and a good amd cpu with 32 GB of ddr4 ram. I am running the game on high which shouldn't be a problem, but the game constantly freezes for a second or two every couple of seconds. It makes it impossible to play or even be able to compete against players.

I am having a similar issue, the game would entirely freeze for a few second, it happens periodically like lag spikes but I'm sure its not lag spikes since I have seen lag in this game before and its not like this, and the sound would glitch out sometimes too

nvm, realized that the issue is being deliberately caused by the same cheaters each time.
