I know what people are going to say "woke", "DEI" but that is not true and devs don't be scared to add one to upset the player base you've already added tonnes diverse characters from bi to black to Catholics to imps and snake ppl
Black trans women are an integral part of New York culture as they were the main contributors to many political movements in the 1900s.
They would:
Hold beauty pageants for other gay and trans people to compete in to feel seen and not ostracised by society
Many richer black trans women would take in and care for minorities and members of the LGBTQ that were homeless and kicked out from their homes so they had a place to sleep and eat
Black trans women were one of the main contributors to the Stonewall Riots for gay rights (yes I know that was in the 1960s to 70s but the devs already made Billy a punk and the punk movement started in the 1970s and also who cares its close enough to the 1950s and its a fictional world) with the people leading the Stonewall Riots being 2 black trans women called Marsha P. Johnson and Sylvia Rivera
As I already see historical references being used in Deadlock and Apollo, Vindicta and Billy (kinda lol) being politcally and socially conscious people I think it would be a nice touch of diversity that makes so much sense to add a black trans woman to honour an often overlooked large minority of people in New York.
Her abilites can be whatever that part the devs can do what ever they want with but I dont want her idenity to be like hidden in secret one time dialgoue like not make her identity ALL about her but make it known in dialogue that they are a black trans woman like dialogue with Vindicta or smth becasue they both fought for womens rights.
