The character model in the hub turns into ERROR after logging in

After a friend enters the lobby (hub), the model may turn into ERROR. Due to this character's beloved action, the game may crash.

This happened after the player moved with the ERROR model.
The character that should have been instead of ERROR - Mo&Krill

I had one of the old Yamato ones just stop the map from loading entirely.

You should just double check real quick, with mod loader you can just disable and reenable it. Might be a quicker fix then a full steam file fix

This only happened once.
It's the first time this has happened to me in all the time I've been playing Deadlock.
After crashing the game, everything works fine.

I doubt that this post will be useful for game development at the moment.
I just hope that it will be helpful in the future.

It doesn't really matter. Try disabling mods and see if the issue persists.
