The bullet lifesteal effect from Watcher's Covenant cannot be shared with connected teammates, while bullet lifesteal effects from other sources can be shared.
Additionally, the Healing Booster always increases the bullet lifesteal effect from Watcher's Covenant by only 3% (as the original value is 12%) and does not take into account the increase in bullet lifesteal caused by Spirit.
