Vampiric Burst gives less than its base lifesteal when combined with other bullet lifesteal sources.

As per title. Happens with any source of bullet lifesteal including Watcher's Covenant and Full Auto.

In this screenshot the base healing with healing booster is 125%, but as you can see you are only getting 114%, which is actually less than vampiric burst would give on its own.
